Full overview of travels to be approved

I have many important tasks which require my attention on a day to day basis - and in order to get everything done, I must be efficient in all areas. It takes a good overview. I often have to approve travels, and to be quite honest, I do not really know how I managed doing this before without Travel-X. The system provides an overview of what travels I have yet to approve - and at the same time quickly brings me to the core of each travel case.

The system makes me aware of new travel requests from my employees - and automatically places the requests in an overview of non-approved travels. This overview keeps me up to date with what travels that need to be approved and provides quick access to details on each travel. Here I can, for example, see who is going and what purpose the travel has etc.

Besides making approval of travel requests more efficiently, the system also makes it easier on me to approve travel settlement and assess travel costs. With a few clicks I can for example see if the costs of a given travel differ from other travels to the same destination - and much more.

Easy invoicing

We invoice a large part of our travel costs. But we have previously had a challenge of invoicing all costs because we did not have a decent overall picture of all the travel costs on a given travel. We do today with Travel-X. That means that we now get all of our expenses covered. Travel-X thus makes it easy for me to keep track of how much we have spent of travel expenses on a given case.

At the same time it is important to me to have control of, as many as possible, facets of the travel activities. So I am very pleased that I can get all the numbers summed up in Travel-X with only a few keystrokes. If I need to see the total expenses I can get all the different cost types summarized - for example consumption or transportation - for the whole travel. The summarized cost types are shown in a special screen picture, regardless of the number of annex. I can approve the costs with only one keystroke - after which the case is out of my hands and heading towards the next link in the organization. All this ensures that I can achieve much more with less effort.

Online - Always at your hand

Whenever I had to approve travel requests or travel expenses, I used to receive piles of forms or I was stuck with my nose in a worksheet.. I usually had to deal with it from my office. After we have received Travel-X I can see and approve everything from the screen. And since everything is done online I now have the freedom to get the approval tasks of my hands anywhere - as long as I am in reach of an Internet access. Everything is done electronic and data are collected in one central database. That means that I do not need to spend time searching for missing travel expenses. Today I know exactly where everything is.
