Fewer mistakes and less work

I do everything I can to help my fellow travelling colleagues as good as possible. But to spend time calling or e-mailing them 117 times regarding various details in their itinerary - that is simply not fitting. This is why I had a hard time hiding my excitement, when I found out that Travel-X automatically guides the travellers through the itinerary, detail by detail. This secures that the information I receive in the itineraries are always correct, approved and assembled in one place. Because of this, today, I can continue with the case as soon as I receive the itinerary. Ultimately this means that I can quickly report back to the traveller because all information is collected in one place - in the particular colleague's itinerary. It provides an overview and ensures that we avoid all of those time-consuming misunderstandings which otherwise might easily occur.

Booking is easier than ever

I am no great technician, but I do know that Travel-X is integrated with our travel agency's booking system. To be quite honest I am also more interested in what this means to me - and there is no doubt: Travel booking has become much easier after our Travel-X has started "talking" to the booking system. I can book the cheapest travels with a single click. For example I no longer have to register travel destination and times in the booking system. It happens automatically. Once I have completed my booking, data regarding the travel is automatically entered in Travel-X. The system updates all details on departures, arrivals and so on, by it self, in the itinerary. In practice this works so that if the traveller, for example, has a flight departure at 10.45, and the time of departure for the cheapest travel of that destination is at 11.00, then the time is automatically changed in the itinerary in Travel-X. The system also transfers all details regarding flight number, flight name, departure and arrival, so that I do not need to register them. It is smart.

Total overview of booked travels

In a dynamic company like ours, it is nice with a system that helps me keep track of which travels I still need to deal with. These appear in the Travel-X job-overview. All travels that I have executed are automatically and continuously moved from my job-overview to an overview of booked travels. This is such an important area for me to be relieved of. It keeps me abreast and ensures that I retain my overview - and that my colleagues depart and arrive back on time - even in the most hectic periods.

Get more time to find the best prices

Travel-X gives me even more time for my main tasks: to locate the cheapest prices on flights, hotel and car. This is because our processes have become more flexible - the system makes it easier for the next. For example it has become easier for our travellers to make itineraries. And an easy day of work for them is an easy day of work for me! Only on rare occasions do the travellers come to me for help with the itinerary or leave me with the filling out of the itinerary. That often happened before we got Travel-X.
